TELL OFCOM YOUR OPINIONS !
Make your Opinions count ! Ofcom have to listen: Broadcasting Act 1990 “Audience research Section 12 (1) The Commission shall make arrangements— (a) for ascertaining— (i) the state of public opinion concerning programmes included in licensed services, and (ii) any effects of such programmes on the attitudes or behaviour of persons who watch them; and (b) for the purpose of assisting them to perform their functions under Chapter II in connection with the programmes to be included in the various services licensed thereunder, for ascertaining the types of programme that members of the public would like to be included in licensed services.
